How to choose the best moving company in Lagos

If you are searching for the best moving company in Lagos, start with the details that matter to your own move: service scope, careful handling, communication and clear terms.

Ask to see real work

Look for original photos of the team packing and moving belongings. Ask how the company would handle items like yours and request references where available.

Get the scope in writing

Confirm the addresses, inventory, date, packing requirements and total quote. Ask what could change the agreed price before paying a deposit.

Discuss fragile and valuable items

Flag mirrors, artwork and delicate equipment in advance. Ask about wrapping, handling and any insurance or liability terms, including exclusions and the claims process.

Check communication and access

Agree who you will contact on moving day. Confirm parking, loading hours, estate rules and lift availability at the pickup and destination.

Tell Shalom Relocation about your Lagos move and discuss the plan with the team.
